The summer season has now begun, the snow gives way to the trails and the desire to run increases. With spring and the first days of warm sunshine, the countdown begins for the Aosta-Becca di Nona, an event capable of involving a very wide audience, from agonists to hikers who do not think about performance, passing through appointments that wink at charity and the youngest. An authentic celebration of sport and trail running, which returns from 17 to 21 July. And now the time is just around the corner to secure a bib and be the protagonists of the unmissable high-altitude ride. On Monday, April 1, at 8 p.m., registrations will officially open for the two races (2,500 meters D+) and the younger Aosta-Combé (9 kilometers; 1,500 meters D+), now in its fifth edition. There is no time to lose, because there are only 500 bibs, but above all the participation fee will vary as the number of participants increases. The first 150 will be able to run the Aosta-Becca di Nona with 25 euros, then it will go to 30 up to the 350 bib, to reach 35 euros for the rest. The same goes for the ascent to Comboé: 20 euros up to the 75th entrant, then 25 euros up to bib 150. Meanwhile, the Becca di Nona 3142 Association, which organizes the event in synergy with the Municipality of Charvensod, smiles at the new partnership recently signed. The technical sponsor of the event is CIMALP, a French brand specialized in technical, innovative and sustainable outdoor clothing and accessories. He has 50 years of experience behind him and has decided to focus on online sales. Competitors who finish one of the two rounds will receive a T-shirt signed by the transalpine brand. Registrations can be made on the website wedosport.net and will close on 30 June, or when the maximum quota is reached, i.e. the 650 competitors of the two races. Marlène Jorrioz, Becca di Nona 3142 ASD: «The team is very happy to have entered into this collaboration with Cimalp, a brand that fully reflects our values. Dynamism and resourcefulness are fundamental aspects to transform a simple race into an event. Together we want to promote sport and outdoor activity at every level. July 21 will be a day of celebration for everyone: athletes, fans, volunteers, organizers and sponsors». |
