| Five days of events and sport for everyone. The Becca di Nona 3142 Amateur Sports Association is back on the move and begins to think about the next edition of the "Aosta-Becca di Nona", a historic event that over time has been able to grow and renew itself, keeping the festive spirit unchanged. The dates have been set; the international sporting event will return from 17 to 21 July 2024, respecting the classic biennial cadence and from now on alternating with the "Emilius 3559". The entire program has been confirmed, starting with the Becca di Nona on Sunday 21 July, a challenging vertical that from the center of Aosta (Piazza Chanoux) will take you up to the 3,142 meters of the summit overlooking the city. On the same day as the 13-kilometer uphill race, there will also be the "Comboé", an uphill race that will end at an altitude of 2,110 meters, in the valley of the same name and amphitheater of a great party. Music, cheering and folklore are a characteristic of the "Aosta – Becca di Nona", which over time has also included "La Montée des Gourmands", confirmed after the success of the first two editions. Also on 21 July, those who do not like the stopwatch will be able to walk from Charvensod to the Comboé valley, stopping for a tasty break at the various tasting points. Saturday will be dedicated to the little ones, with the "Becca Kids" open to young people born between 2008 and 2021. Everyone at the Plan Felinaz sports field with the bib on, but with the sole intention of bringing the youngest closer to sports and giving them a day of healthy fun. On Friday, July 19, the second edition of the "Becca Pink" will take place, a 5-kilometer walk between Aosta and the sports field of Plan Felinaz (Charvensod) reserved exclusively for women. The proceeds will be totally donated to charity. Over the years, Becca di Nona 3142 Asd, which organizes the event in close collaboration with the Municipality of Charvensod, has never stood still and has often proposed new features and curious race formats. Something new is also being studied for the next edition, which could soon enter the calendar and surprise mountain running enthusiasts once again. In the meantime, the dates are marked, the organization has started, waiting for the opening of registrations scheduled for the end of winter, when skis and boots will be put aside and we will return to racing. |
