The association "Becca di Nona 3142 a.s.d.", in collaboration with the Municipality of Charvensod with Panathlon and Aosta Iacta Est organizes the Becca Kids, reserved for children born between 2007 and 2020. Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the "Guido Saba" sports area of Plan-Félinaz (Charvensod), it will be a great party of approach to sport with games throughout the day and a team relay organized by GiocAosta with skill tests. Registration for the Becca Kids is free by registering on the official website of the event www.beccadinona.it (from 1 June at 20.00) and will close when 300 children are reached.
"The 2022 edition of the Aosta-Becca di Nona is full of events, we will spend a week dedicated to sport. – says André Comé Présidente della Becca di Nona 3142 a.s.d. –
Whether competitive or amateur, sport is good for physical and mental health. And I must say that for the twenty years we have just surpassed ourselves. Solidarity events, I think of the Becca Pink, events for the most greedy such as "La Montée des Gourmands", to be the master certainly remain the classic Aosta – Becca di Nona and Aosta – Comboé. Being able to involve children with the Becca Kids and quality partners such as Panathlon and Aosta Iacta Est, is a source of great pride. – Concludes Comé – Because only by collaborating and networking can we organize events that give light to the territory, local products and our mountains".
The possibility of new collaborations is also welcomed by the partners, who as in the case of Aosta Iacta Est, will set up giant games and organize a relay race dedicated to children: “We are thrilled – says Joël Gerbore, President of Aosta Iacta Est – the idea of joining an important project like that of Aosta-Becca di Nona. For some time we had in mind to combine our games with an amateur race: the opportunity to collaborate with such an established race is therefore a wonderful opportunity for us, to experience something new as we prepare for a great edition of GiocAosta” (editor's note: which will be held as usual in August).
And who better than an association like Panathlon, could have supported the organizational staff "Becca di Nona 3142 a.s.d.". "We are pleased to support this event, which we support the name of Panathlon – says Piercarlo Lunardi, President of the Panathlon club du Val d'Aoste – because among our ethical principles there are Fair play, respect for the rules, sports practice seen as a moment of leisure, fun and joy. We welcomed the proposal of the organizers with enthusiasm because the Becca Kids represents these values. Children, in fact, will run for the sake of having fun, without the use of the stopwatch, in the name of friendship. As a club du Val d'Aoste we will welcome the participants with a “greet” snack, trying to raise awareness of sports practice through our two Ethical Charters: that of the Rights of the child in Sport and the Duties of the parent in Sport. We are waiting for you, therefore, numerous – concludes Lunardi – for a day of pure fun".
Registrations are still open for the classic Aosta-Becca di Nona and Aosta-Comboé, the La Montée des Gourmands food and wine walk to which you can register both online through the endu.net portal, and at the following Technosport partners (Plan Félinaz Charvensod), in the Gal Sport stores (Autoporto Pollein and at the departure of the Aosta-Pila cable car). Registration fees vary depending on the race chosen.
Closed, however, the registrations to the Becca Pink to reach the maximum number of participants (n. 500).
